Warranty Information
Warranty Extension for WonderFold Products
New, unused WonderFold products purchased from the official website or an authorized seller are covered under a one-year manufacturer warranty. Please note that NovaCrib is an authorized seller for Wonderfold. This warranty applies only to parts that affect the functionality of the product.
Extended Warranty for Accessories: Accessories purchased on or after February 1, 2023, will be covered under an extended warranty, provided the claim is filed within one year from the delivery date.
Limited Coverage
When purchasing a new, unused WonderFold product, customers are entitled to a product free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Warranty claims must be filed within this period. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
For claims regarding missing parts or cosmetic damage, customers must contact WonderFold within 30 days from the delivery date. Similarly, for claims regarding missing or incorrect items, customers must submit a request within 30 days of delivery.
Warranty Extension for MiaMily Products
MiaMily luggage products purchased through the official website or an authorized seller are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the delivery date.
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, which must include:
- Date of purchase
- Retailer’s name
- List of purchased items
If a manufacturer defect affecting functionality is identified, WonderFold will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair or replace the part or product at no charge
- Request the damaged part be returned for inspection
If the part is not shipped within three weeks of receiving the return label, the warranty will be void for the remainder of the warranty period.
International Customers: Customers outside the United States are responsible for the shipping costs of warranty/replacement parts.
Exclusions and Limitations
The one-year manufacturer warranty does not apply or will be void in the following cases:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, abuse, or modifications, including aftermarket accessories
- Damage caused by corrosion, mold, rust, sun exposure, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, improper storage, or frequent washing
- Exceeding weight restrictions
- Failure to adhere to product usage instructions or warning labels
- Damage due to accidents, freight, or air transportation
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, including earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fires, storms, or animal/rodent damage
Certified Refurbished/Open-Box Products
- Certified refurbished open-box products sold directly by WonderFold include a 12-month functional warranty (cosmetic defects are not covered).
- Open-box purchases from unauthorized retailers do not include a warranty.
Misuse of Warranty
Any misuse of the warranty policy will result in:
- Loss of eligibility for future warranty claims
- Removal from all WonderFold programs

Authorized Dealers & Unauthorized Sellers
To ensure product authenticity and warranty coverage, customers are advised to purchase only from authorized dealers.Please note that NovaCrib is an authorized dealer.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for warranty claims. If uncertain about a vendor’s authorization status, customers should contact WonderFold for verification.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for submitting warranty claims via the official website, including:
- Uploading relevant photos and videos
- Providing detailed order information
- Submitting proof of purchase
Policy Updates
WonderFold reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
