Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to sales@novacrib.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Kindly ensure to notify us within 48 hours from delivery time. 

For items that qualify for return, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. Kindly note, the final payment issued will be excluding of the actual shipping that NovaCrib bears. It means that from the final item to be returned, we will subtract the actual shipping and handling fee that NovaCrib had to bear. Please keep in mind, there may be a restocking fee too. Items must be returned in original, unused condition enclosed in the original packaging. Packaging must not be defaced in any way. You need to contact us within 14 days at sales@novacrib.com to request a return. We will provide a form which will have return instructions. Returned merchandise must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.

For items lost or damaged, returns will not be initiated. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo evidences of the missing items. Once verified, your replacement parts will be sent to you. There are standard carrier investigation times that we will have to honor to ensure complete transparency. 

For damaged items, unless the manufacturer ensures a return, we will request you to donate it locally or kindly recycle it accordingly.    

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order which will be excluding the overall shipping charges, handing and restocking charges given by NovaCrib. Sometimes, the order tracking number arrives 1-2 days after the manufacturer ships the items. Therefore, it may be the case that the items have been shipped even if the status says otherwise. In such cases, cancellation is not possible and the charges mentioned above will apply. 

Refused packages:

Orders which aren't attended to, or refused, will cost the customer the round trip shipping charges, restocking fees and handling fees.
