Shipping Policy


                     
Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 4-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If the items you've ordered are available and we've processed the charges on your credit card, your shipment will typically leave our warehouse within four to five business days. You can expect to receive tracking details via email within 24 to 48 hours after your order has been dispatched. Ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, though this may vary due to any shipping delays. 

If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@novacrib.com.

We exclusively offer shipping services within the United States of America. However, we regret to inform you that our shipping services are not available for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. If your delivery address falls within any of these three states, please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
