Shipping Policy
We proudly ship with :
1. Shipping Areas
We offer free shipping on most products to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. However, we do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. protectorates (such as Puerto Rico) and P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or a trusted LTL carrier. The appropriate shipping method is chosen based on product size, weight, and destination.
3. Shipping Handling & Transit Time
- Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after the order has shipped.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- We will contact the suppliers to confirm the product availability. If your item is in stock and ready to ship within 3 business days, we will process the payment and proceed with shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within 6 business days of Order confirmation, please contact us at sales@novacrib.com.
5. Backorders
- If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.
- You can either cancel the order or keep it open until the product becomes available.
- If you choose to keep the order open, we will process payment and ship the item as soon as it is restocked.
6. Important Shipping Notices
LTL Freight Deliveries
- If your order is shipped via LTL freight, the carrier will schedule a delivery appointment.
- Curbside delivery only: The driver will not carry the product inside and offload the product on the driveway.
- Delivery & Signature Requirement : Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery & LTL Shipments.
- Redelivery Fees: If you are unable to receive the package at the scheduled time and need to reschedule, you will be responsible for any redelivery fees. (depending on how much the carrier charges us).
- Missed Delivery: If you miss the scheduled appointment, redelivery fees will apply, and you are responsible for these charges.
Damaged Shipments & Claims Process
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take clear photos of the damaged package before opening.
- Contact us within 24 hours at sales@novacrib.com with photos and details and we will assist you further via email.
Missing Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must submit a claim within 24 hours.
- The carrier will conduct an 8-10 business day investigation before issuing a replacement.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Any address changes must be requested before the order ships. You can send us an email at sales@novacrib.com for the same.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, a refund will be issued minus the actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
- Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and may incur a carrier fee, payable before processing.
International Shipping Policy
- NovaCrib does NOT offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the U.S. mainland.
Shipping Carrier Delays Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to natural disasters, transportation strikes, extreme weather, carrier issues or other disruptions.
- Refunds are not provided for delays beyond our control.
