Warranty Information

At NovaCrib, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why these products offers a one-year limited manufacturer warranty on all their products.  

Warranty Coverage

• This one-year limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase for new units in original packaging.  
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.  
• Our warranty ensures optimal workmanship and protection against significant defects.  

What’s Not Covered?  

• Used, secondhand, or demo models. 
• Damage from normal wear and tear, alterations to the finish, design, or hardware.  
• Negligence, improper use, or failure to maintain and clean the product as per the assembly instructions.  
• Specific warranty rights may vary by state as some states do not allow restrictions on how long implied warranties last.  

Replacement Parts & Claims

• Replacement parts can be provided only if reported within 7 days of purchase.  
• To process your request, you must keep the original receipt and provide the model number and Purchase Order Number (PO#).  
• Our obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the merchandise, at our discretion, free of charge.  

Important Return Policy  

• Do not return products to the store. Once a product has been used, federal law prohibits reselling.  
• Returned products result in unnecessary waste of materials and energy. Additionally, high return shipping costs make it difficult to pass savings on to customers.  
• If AFG determines that the defect was caused by customer abuse or misuse, we will provide guidance on how to prevent such issues in the future.
