At NovaCrib, we partner with trusted baby product brands that stand behind the quality and safety of their products. Please find the warranty information for each brand below. Kindly read the terms carefully and follow the specific instructions for warranty claims.

AFG Baby Furniture

Warranty Coverage  
AFG offers a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for all new furniture units sold to the original purchaser.  

What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects under normal household use and proper assembly.

What’s Not Covered:  
- Products bought secondhand or as demo units  
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper maintenance  
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications not authorized by AFG  

Claim Requirements:  
- File a claim within 7 days of identifying the defect  
- Provide a copy of the original sales receipt  
- Include model number, purchase order number, and a detailed description of the issue  

Return Policy:  
Used items are non-returnable. AFG determines if the product has been misused or abused.

How to Claim:  
All warranty and replacement part requests must be made directly to AFG. AFG reserves the right to determine if a product is defective and to offer replacement parts or products.

WonderFold

Warranty Coverage  
WonderFold offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty on wagons and strollers purchased from authorized sellers like NovaCrib.

Warranty for Accessories:
- Extended to 1 year for accessories purchased on or after February 1, 2023.

Cosmetic and Missing Parts:
- Covered for 30 days from the date of delivery  
- Claims for missing/cosmetic parts must be made within 30 days

What’s Not Covered: 
- Normal wear and tear  
- Misuse, negligence, commercial use  
- Damage from sun exposure, sweat, weather, or natural disasters  
- Modifications or use of non-WonderFold accessories  
- Accidents or unauthorized repairs  
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers  

Certified Refurbished Products:
- 12-month warranty on functionality  
- Cosmetic defects not covered  

Claim Requirements:  
- Provide original proof of purchase  
- Submit clear photos or videos of the issue  
- Warranty claims must be submitted through WonderFold’s online form  

Policy Enforcement:  
Misuse of the warranty or return policy may result in the customer being ineligible for future claims or participation in promotional programs.

Milk Street Baby

Warranty Coverage  
Milk Street Baby offers a 5-year Extended Warranty for all products, valid upon warranty registration.

What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship due to manufacturing  
- Applies to original and subsequent owners with valid proof of purchase  

What’s Not Covered:  
- Normal wear and tear  
- Environmental damage (e.g., sunlight, humidity, dryness)  
- Overloading shelves/drawers  
- Use of non-Milk Street accessories  
- Improper assembly or cleaning methods  
- Damage during moving/shipping  
- Loss, theft, fire, or natural disasters  

Replacement Policy:  
If the product or part is discontinued, a similar substitute may be provided.

Claim Process:
- Contact Milk Street directly  
- Provide proof of purchase, model number, and photos of the defect  

Liability Disclaimer:  
Milk Street Baby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Oxford Baby & Soho Baby

Warranty Coverage  
Oxford Baby offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects under normal household use and conditions

What’s Not Covered: 
- Negligence or improper use  
- Pet damage  
- Color variations due to sunlight or cleaning products  
- Structural issues from modifications or misuse  
- Commercial use  

Warranty Limitations:  
- Non-transferable  
- Clearance and final sale items not covered  
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible

Claim Requirements:  
- Provide clear photos and proof of purchase  
- Submit warranty claim to Oxford Baby/Soho Baby customer service  

Refund Policy:  
Refunds (if applicable) are issued via check and processed in 3–5 business days. Refunds are not issued back to the original payment method.

- Warranty claims must always be filed directly with the respective brand, following their guidelines.  
- NovaCrib is an authorized retailer and does not process warranty requests directly.
